David Mauro, Senior Software and Process Engineer
David is a Senior Software Engineer and Manager with extensive
experience in software development, testing, requirements
engineering, process engineering and quality assurance, in both
management and technical roles. He possesses a proven ability to
develop strong and highly productive teams while drawing on
strong software architecture, design, process and implementation
skills and a clear understanding of process architecture and
development.
In over twenty years of software development, David has
developed and managed projects which involved real-time,
large-scale HMI (human machine interface) software applications
that were targeted for the industrial process monitoring and
control marketplace, as well as intranet web design and
development for project management and document asset library
management.
Having successfully led several process improvement projects,
ranging from common best practices to SEI CMMI-based development
and deployment, together with his extensive experience in all
aspects of software development, ideally positions David for a
wide variety of software process improvement activities.
David holds a Masters degree in Computing Science from Simon
Fraser University, and a Masters degree in Mathematics from the
University of British Columbia. |
